MPS Bhiwadi Students Made Their Mark In Model United Nations
Bhiwadi. Billabong High International School Noida-Model United Nations (BHISN-MUN) was organised by Billabong High International School, Noida in collaboration with India’s International Movement to Unite Nations (IIMUN) on 7th and 8th October 2022. The two day event aimed at mentoring and guiding the participants with the intricacies, rules of procedure and to provide an overview of this student- led conference with the goal by empowering the youth so as to enable them to solve global problems. Nilay Pratap Singh, Anushka Sehgal, Sandhya Rajput, Nandini Tripathi from Modern Public School, Bhiwadi participated in the event. The conference needed extensive research, inter personal and communication skills as well critical and analytical approach towards solving problems. The participants in the events discussed on various issues ranging from topics like Strengthening International Cooperation in Space Research, Status of Women in Afghanistan, Personal Data Protection Bill 2019. With their diverse skills and talents, all the Modernites dominated the discussions with their clarity of thoughts, logically placed arguments and exuberant personalities. Nilay Pratap Singh and Nandini Tripathi got the Best Delegate prizes and Sandhya Rajput got the Special Mention prize for their excellent performance throughout the event.
